It's summer in Miami, Miami is exploring the country's location, and 10Best has been diligently scouting and listening to the top restaurants. To find out which of Fort Lauderdale's up-and-coming restaurants are most appreciated, we turned to the nearly 500 voters who responded to our online poll. From the time their dining room opens until Monday, August 31, the restaurant will build a reputation as a socially isolated outdoor space, opening its 50 percent capacity dining rooms as we approach.

I have visited most, if not all, of these restaurants in Fort Lauderdale, and I can assure you that they are among the best in the area. But I wanted to share a few others that make up the "best" of them, so I share them here.
