Know Before You Go
Not all waterfront views are the same. You'll pay a premium for endless beach vistas. The other side faces the city with a sliver of the intracoastal waterways.

Be warned! I had my wallet stolen at their swanky hotel and security or the lack thereof handled themselves unprofessionally. I am a woman in a hotel alone and they simply gave me a new key when they should have given me a new room.
The front staff were very stuffy and rude. I have to say I am a frequent SPG member, and because their lack of response the W will not be on my list of hotels to stay at sadly enough. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review but I think it's important to share with people who think about staying there.

This trip was special for our group - "The Nip Tuck Girls."
Anyway, the staff were great and attentive. The pool was cool and the view....... Food was great and loved the bathroom! Very stylish! Great location to beach, shopping, food!!!
