The best private facility in Fort lauderdale! The trainers are certified and highly experienced.More than met my expectations. Pricing is great even compared to the public gym trainers rates. Private studio so no crowds and clean machines. They also have a retail vitamins store which carries vitamins as well as sports nutrition supplements. The prices are great as well as the convenience.I'm in the best shape of my life.
